Mamma Elvira shoal (technical dive)

We’re in the Molarotto area, constant depth of 42-48mt, great granite terracing on the bottom, and these sudden increases forming passages, gullies, spiers, around which it’s easy to observe, standing far away from the shore, the hunting fish: great snappers, yellowtails and skipjacks. Bream and croakers are always there, stingrays are hidden in the sand and, every once in a while, eels pass through. An absolutely relaxing dive, interesting from the naturalistic point of view, descent along the safety buoy and ascent in the blue, whenever weather conditions allow to do so.
